Friction welding method of copper and aluminum terminals

It includes the following steps:

S1. On the copper end surface or aluminum end surface of the object to be welded with a copper end surface or aluminum end surface, a plurality of concentric annular or circular bosses are formed. Connected trapezoid

S2. Remove the corners of the boss;

S3. Pickling the copper end face or aluminum end face to remove the surface oxide layer;

S4. Friction welding the copper end face or aluminum end face to another object to be welded with an aluminum end face or copper end face. By combining bosses and grooves on the copper end surface and the aluminum end surface, the joining area is increased; further processing of the copper end surface and the aluminum end surface before and during friction welding reduces oxide impurities and improves the bonding strength.
